Using Intercrawl
Reports
A month of one site's audits as a report, a PDF or a share link, with or without Intercrawl's branding.
A report covers one site for one calendar month (while the month is running, from its first day to today). It counts the pages checked, how many matched for every crawler, how many need attention and how many were blocked by your own rules, and for each crawler the share of readable pages where its view matched the visitor's. The pages that need attention are listed from the month's latest audit.
Open reports from Client reports.
PDF and share links
- PDF. A print-quality PDF of the report.
- Share link. A private link to the report that anyone with it can open, without an account. Links can expire on a date you set and can be revoked at any time; a wrong, revoked or expired link shows nothing. Shared reports are not indexed.
White label
With Hide Intercrawl branding on, no Intercrawl name, mark or icon appears on the report, its PDF or its share page. You can add your agency's name and an accent colour instead.
What is kept
Each finished audit leaves a summary of counts only (no URLs or page content), kept for as long as the site exists, so past months' reports stay available after the audits themselves are deleted.
